We design & create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces designed for longevity. Our confidence in the product's quality is reflected in the12 month coverage. It's important to note that the warranty does not extend to lost items, normal wear and tear-related issues (such as a bent earring or broken chain), improper use or storage, and any modifications performed by a third party unrelated to Fawnstar. Please note also that earrings that are for pierced ears cannot be returned due to health and safety policies, however may be fixed or replaced.

Please be aware that items acquired through a third-party vendor, beyond Fawnstar.com and Fawnstar stores, are not covered by Fawnstar's warranty. In such cases, we recommend contacting the specific vendor from which the items were purchased for assistance.
